Dear Ex-Dieter

Dear Ex-Dieter,

I am so fucking done with this Weight Loss Industry bullshit, and I know you are too.

They have treated you so badly for so fricking long.  Who the hell do they think they are, profiting from making you feel like shit?  Not cool.  And it’s not cool that they convinced you that not wanting to do their stupid diets and workouts anymore must mean that you don’t care about yourself.  I’m sorry they didn’t tell you it doesn’t make you a failure, and there is another way to show yourself love.

And while I’m on this little rant, I also want you to know that it sucks how culture has tried to squish you into little boxes for its own convenience.  You have a lot more to offer the world, and the world has tonnes more to offer you, but you know that right?  Right?

My friend, it’s time you realised how fricking amazing you are, everything from the tips of your toes to the top of your soul.  You just don’t know it yet.  2-year-old you knew it, culture has just manipulated you into forgetting.  But that’s going to change.  You’re here reading this letter, and so I know that means you’re ready to step into the ‘you’ that the universe needs.  And I can help you find them…

Let me be your guide and show you how to break up with the Weight Loss Industry, so that you can find the best health and happiness of your life.  Because we all know that sometimes breaking up is the best thing we can do to show ourselves that we care.

I’m so happy you’re here, you glorious weirdo!  It’s going to be fun.
